Experience

Julia studied 'Interior Architecture' in Cardiff and graduated with a BA Hons degree in 1995.
Following her graduation Julia had 15 years of professional practice within the Office Interior Industry completing numerous projects which involved detailed site surveys and the space planning of furniture, partitioning, ceiling and lighting.
Julia's experience in Office Interiors also involved creating mood boards with proposals for floor finishes, wall coverings, lighting and accessories.

Many of Julia's projects included the bespoke design of furniture and her largest project undertaken to date was the Interior Design of a ship.
This involved working in Amsterdam with clients and the bespoke design of the cabin furniture, reception counter and bar, along with colour schemes and accessorising throughout the whole of the ship.

During the past fifteen years in the field of design, Julia has attended many exhibitions in Italy which has kept her right up to date with the fast moving world of design.

After many enjoyable years involved in office interiors Julia felt it was time for a new challenge, one where she could fulfill her desire to become involved in residential and showhouse design and in May 2010 she took the plunge and set up Jasmine Interiors.
